- Communications with our support team and feedback you provide

- Device and browser information: type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers

- IP address and approximate geolocation

- Data from Ejar (Ministry of Housing) and REGA (Real Estate General Authority) integrations
- Payment processor information from SADAD and banking partners
- Verification data from Absher and Nafath identity verification services

- Processing rent payments through SADAD and managing financial transactions
- Ensuring compliance with REGA regulations, Ejar requirements, and Saudi real estate laws

- Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
- Analyzing usage patterns to improve our platform through AI-powered analytics
- Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and security threats
- Complying with legal obligations, court orders, and government requests

Under applicable data protection laws (including the Saudi PDPL and GDPR for EU residents), we process your data based on: your explicit consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate business interests. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

- Government Authorities: Relevant government and regulatory bodies as required by the law of your country (e.g., Ministry of Housing / Ejar, REGA, Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia; DLD/RERA, relevant UAE ministries in UAE; and equivalent authorities in other MENA countries)
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers (regional data centers in MENA and EMEA), country-specific payment processors (including SADAD in Saudi Arabia and equivalent gateways per country), and analytics platforms that assist in operating our service
- Business Partners: Integration partners you choose to connect with, such as banks, maintenance service providers, and insurance companies
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or valid government directive under Saudi regulations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. All data sharing is conducted with appropriate safeguards and in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
5. Data Storage
Personal data is stored on secure servers. Data residency may vary by country deployment:
- Saudi Arabia users: data is stored in AWS/Azure Middle East (Bahrain/UAE) region, in compliance with Saudi PDPL Article 29 on cross-border data transfers
- UAE users: UAE-compliant data storage in accordance with UAE Data Protection Law requirements
- Other MENA users: data stored in EMEA region cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), with appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Specifically:
- Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription
- Financial records are retained for the minimum period required by applicable commercial law in your country (typically 5–10 years depending on jurisdiction)
- Ejar contract records are retained in accordance with Ministry of Housing requirements
- Upon account deletion, non-legally required data is removed or anonymized within 90 days

Under applicable data protection laws (including the Saudi PDPL, UAE Data Protection Law, Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law, and GDPR for EU residents), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
